Running Form

• Good running form allows for the best training effect and the best performance with the lowest risk for injury.

• Good form and good running mechanics are important for beginners as well as advanced runners.

• Learn good form early and you will avoid developing bad running habits that can lead to injury, frustration and inefficient running.

• There is no one or best running form. Each runner is unique and so each runner must determine his or her “best” running form.
